The client group for the Dover Coast Community in Port Dover approached Bind Architecture to design a new hotel complex. Dover Coast is a master-planned community, focusing on adulty lifestyle living, and is built around an 18-hole golf course.  The hotel complex is one of a variety of amenities planned for the community.  A program document was developed, outlining a 6-storey, 80 room Best Western Premier hotel, with a restaurant, 6th-floor rooftop lounge, and banquet facility.  Bind Architecture moved forward with the design, evolving the project to include an extensive landscaped terrace along the golf course edge, and a golf course pro shop.  The project has been submitted for Site Plan approval, and the design team has moved into the design development stage.  A prefabricated structural steel/EIFS.
